We have air conditioning but if you want you pay by night 5 euros.
When you make a reservation, you have to send me 50% of the amount to be paid, which I will then tell you how to do it. The remainder is paid upon delivery of the key.
You can cancel your reservation two weeks in advance and it will be refunded 25%.
If the reservation is made 7 days in advance or less, 50% of the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Quando faz a reserva tem de me enviar 50% do valor a pagar, que depois lhe direi como fazê-lo. O restante é pago no acto da entrega da chave.
Pode cancelar a sua reserva com duas semanas de antecedência e será reembolsado no valor de 25%.
Caso a reserva seja feita com 7 dias de antecedência ou menos dias o valor de 50% da reserva não será devolvida.
