7-bedroom flat on the 1st floor, featuring 3 WCs. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The whole flat boasts plenty of natural light for a cozy environment and building includes a lift for easy access.
Room:
This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room has a window facing the front side of the building which can make it noisier at times but makes up for it with plenty of exposer to natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
