Within walking distance you will be able to reach several bus stops, the Areeiro and the Campo Pequeno subway stops, the Roma-Areeiro and the Entrecampos train stations, the nearby park where you can hang out with friends and family, and beautiful green areas to enjoy an evening out!

- This is a shared apartment with com mon areas (living room, kitchen, bathrooms)
- Utilities are included up to €30 [all utilitiy expenses above €30 will be charged]
- Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. 💶
For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of €200 per month.
Please keep in mind that you will be required to pay the security deposit directly to the landlord by bank transfer before check-in.
