6-bedroom flat on the 4th floor (it's the 3rd floor but it's actually the same as the 4th floor because they are very high floors), has 2 WC and features ample natural light. It includes a living room with a TV, a dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen that comes equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift.
Room:
This small but comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window that faces the airshaft of the building making a room with less light. As a disclaimer, we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
Others:
- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
