The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom which 2 of them are private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals.
Please note:
- Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee.
- Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request.
- Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant.
- Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided.
- Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays.
-Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month.
A valid identification document is required to complete the lease agreement.
-Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed.
-Overnight guests may incur a fee - please check this with the landlord.
