The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This 7-bedroom flat is located on the 3rd floor and features 2 bathrooms. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, and the living space is equipped with a TV. The fully furnished kitchen includes a washing machine for added convenience. Additionally, the building has a lift.

This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair and a lamp. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, this bedroom is an ensuite, offering the luxury of a private bathroom for your exclusive use. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

Others:
- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement.
- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. Weekends & public holidays may be possible with a 20 euros charge per person.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
