💰 Costs:
Rent: 1,111 EUR per month for one person, a couple, or two close friends.

Booking Fees (if less than 5 months):
1 month stay: 20% of monthly rent
2 months stay: 15% of monthly rent
3 months stay: 10% of monthly rent
