Fully furnished studio apartment next to Tivoli Park and Rožnik, ideal for visiting professionals, researchers, Erasmus students or couples staying in Ljubljana for one month or longer.

The studio includes a large double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, dining area, desk/workspace, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. It is best suited for one person or a couple looking for a practical and well-equipped apartment in a convenient Ljubljana location.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the apartment also includes air conditioning, underfloor heating and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in an urban neighbourhood next to Tivoli Park, with easy access to public transport, shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and the city centre. Access is from Vodnikova cesta through a covered passage to a fenced terrace shared by the two Bolero apartments.

The apartment has high-quality triple-glazed windows and remains quiet and comfortable with windows closed. Optional reserved private parking directly next to the building can be arranged after booking, subject to availability.

Weekly cleaning can also be arranged after booking, subject to prior agreement. The apartment must be returned clean and in good condition.
