Monthly bills range from €110 (summer) to €150 per person, which also includes weekly cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, balcony) by the cleaning service 🧹🧽.
I carefully select tenants to ensure everyone gets along well. The household is mixed-gender.
