- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated; just ask the day of. If you wish to extend your stay, send a message.
- Park in the designated spot only ONLY. If you need to park on the street, watch the signs, and don't park in front of our neighbor's wooden garages.
- The host has many other places and some are in the same building!
- Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee. Breed Restrictions: Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf-hybrids are not allowed.
- The cleaning fee is a basic clean. Additional cleaning fees are determined by what needs to happen to return the unit to its original. Based on $35/hr.
- The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs. If you go over the limit, please let the host know beforehand.
- We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies.
