1. The student needs to pay a deposit of $300 to secure their room, provided they have a guarantor.
2. If the student does not have a guarantor an additional:
(a) Guarantor waiver fee of $34.63 monthly, and
(b) Increased security deposit of 1-2 months
will be applicable.
1. For 1x1, 2x2 and 3x3 floor plans, there is a termination fee of 2 months of rent with a 60-day notice.
2. For 4x4 units there is no cancellation policy unless the tenancy is taken over by a replacement tenant.
1. Payments are due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 3rd.
2. All payments will be made on applicants' resident portal.
1. A guarantor is required to book a room with the property.
2. If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay a guarantor waiver fee and an additional deposit.

- The £50 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.
