On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Apartment description

I am professionally abroad and am renting out my fully furnished and equipped apartment during this time. The estimated start is early 2027; the exact date and duration can be discussed. It should be at least 3 months, preferably a year or longer.

The apartment is designed for two people and is ideal for specialists or executives who are temporarily in the region, for example, for a project at BASF, SAP, or another company in the Rhein-Neckar Metropolitan Region. Move in, unpack your bags, settle in. Everything remains as it is.

About the apartment:

4 rooms on approx. 120 m², old building with high ceilings
fully furnished and equipped, including kitchen, dishes, bed linen, towels, and internet available.

Rooms:
Living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, office/guest/dressing room, bathroom, separate WC, and balcony.

Flat rate rent including utilities, electricity, and internet

Location:
Quiet residential street in the south of Ludwigshafen. The Rhine embankment and Parkinsel are within walking distance; the main train station and Mannheim city center are just a few minutes away. BASF is approx. 15 minutes away, Walldorf approx. 35 minutes by car. Shopping facilities, bakeries, and doctors are in the immediate vicinity.
