What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Furnished room available in a shared flat in KIRCHBERG within walking distance of the financial center (KPMG, EY, UBS,...) and all European institutions such as EIB, Parliament, European Commission, European Court etc et

Despite the closeness to the various institution and banks (reachable by walking distance or short bus ride), the view out of your room gives out to the fields and nature making it a serene, homey and quiet atmosphere. The entire apartment is very bright and quiet!

Non-smoking apartment. All charges are included.
It is a very big apartment, there are 2 bathrooms in the flat.

There are basic house rules and it is important that you respect these rules if you move in with us:

- No shoes in the house
- Clean up after yourself in the common areas
- No showers after 22.00 due to sound building regulations
- Quiet hours between: 22.00 - 8.00
- No visitors
- Do not download any illegal content from the internet (movies, music, books etc) -
- No registration to the flat for short stays (possible for longer stays)
