Despite the closeness to the various institution and banks (reachable by walking distance or short bus ride), the view out of your room gives out to the fields and nature making it a serene, homey and quiet atmosphere. The entire apartment is very bright and quiet!
Non-smoking apartment. All charges are included.
It is a very big apartment, there are 2 bathrooms in the flat.
There are basic house rules and it is important that you respect these rules if you move in :)
The house rules are:
- No shoes in the house
- Clean up after yourself in the common areas
- No showers after 22.00 due to sound building regulations
- Quiet hours between: 22.00 - 8.00
- No visitors
- Do not download any illegal content from the internet (movies, music, books etc) -
- No registration to the flat (negotiable if you stay for a long period)
