The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

Furnished private room in a spacious 140 m2 shared apartment in Madrid's Moncloa area. This 10 m2, courtyard-facing room is for one person and includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The apartment has Wi-Fi, individual gas heating, a washing machine, an equipped shared kitchen with dining space, two shared bathrooms and elevator access.

One of the property's greatest advantages is its privileged Moncloa location. The building is directly opposite the Cuartel General del Ejército del Aire y del Espacio (the Spanish Air and Space Force's central command building), visible in the video, while Moncloa Metro and its major transport interchange are only a few minutes away on foot. This makes the property exceptionally well connected for getting around Madrid.

Registration at the address (empadronamiento) is possible for stays of 6 months or more. House rules: single occupancy, no pets and no smoking indoors (smoking outside only).

To complete the reservation, all required payments must be made by bank transfer no later than 48 hours before check-in. This includes the administration fee, security deposit and pending utility charges for the first month. Check-in cannot take place until the payments and signed rental contract have been received.
