The shared flat is fully equipped with everything you need: Wi-Fi, a complete kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), washing machine, TV, iron, and all essential household items. The flat has 2 shared bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. The space is clean, modern, and move-in ready.
To ensure a harmonious and respectful living environment, we ask you to follow a few basic rules during your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the apartment. Pets are not allowed on the property. Please keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbours and flatmates. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. The room has a maximum occupancy of 1 person. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping common areas clean so everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay.
For a smooth stay, please keep our schedule in mind: check-in is from 12:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to settle in comfortably. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
