Callao is one of the most popular plazas in Madrid. It sits right on the edge of Madrid’s Theatre district, the very popular city centre Sol and beautiful Royal district of Opera. Plaza Callao is Madrid’s own version of Times Square with its tall buildings, busy streets and constant hustle and bustle.
Not only is Callao great for it’s central location, it is a perfect spot for those interested in the theatre and cinema of Spain. All year round there is a wide variety of plays, musicals, movies and even special movie premiers. The neighborhood is a perfect mix between classic 1920’s and modern architecture – which makes it a great place to explore. And don’t forget about the shopping! The streets along Callao are some of the best in the city for clothing, shoes, makeup and technology.
The flat is located in Calle Preciados and just 1 minute away from Plaza Callao. The area surrounding the building is a known spot for good restaurants and entertainment.

The room is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a single wardrobe, a mirror on the wall and a desk with a lamp. Young students and workers will find here all the comfort they are looking for. The room measures 9.74 m2, it has a door lock and electric heating. Bedding is not included, only a matress cover is provided.
