The apartment is located in Mainz downtown in the traffic-calmed Adam-Karrillon-Straße. The backyard with its flowers and trees and the green courtyards of the neighborhood create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
You have ideal access to public transportation due to the proximity to Mainz's main train station (approx. 6 minutes) and thus an optimal connection to the entire Rhine-Main area. Two bus stops are right around the corner. You can also reach the Höfchen (pedestrian zone of the city center) or the banks of the river Rhine in just a few minutes.
The house is located in the center of the hip Mainzer Neustadt, where many small cafes, bars, shops and restaurants entice you to stroll and explore. The local supply is also not to be surpassed: Rossmann, Rewe, Penny, pharmacies, banks, doctors, fitness studio and many other businesses for your daily needs are within walking distance.
