The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

To schedule your check-in and hand over the keys to your new home, we require the deposit to be received in our bank account. The deposit amounts to two months' rent (or one month's rent for a one-month booking).
After completing your booking on the platform, you will receive a booking confirmation containing our bank details for the deposit payment. The deposit must be transferred within 72 hours of booking the apartment via Housing Anywhere.
Once we receive the deposit in our bank account, you will receive a follow-up email with check-in details. Please note that international bank transfers may take a few business days, so we strongly recommend initiating the transfer as soon as you receive the confirmation email.
🚨 Important: Check-in will not take place until the deposit has been successfully received in our bank account.
