Apartment description

The apartment is located on a quiet residential street in Mainz-Finthen and
is fully furnished – you basically only need your suitcase.
Approximately 35 m² comprise a bright living and sleeping area, an
open kitchenette with dining area, a small hallway, and a
bathroom with natural light and window. Everything has been freshly completed, the entire
furnishing is as good as new and was specifically acquired for this rental.
A room divider shelf structures the living space into a living and
a sleeping area. The living part features a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and
a large flat-screen TV, and by the window, a dining table for two
people. The sleeping area is equipped with a wardrobe and a
bed including bedding, which can be extended to 1.40 m width if needed –
so even weekend visitors are no problem.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, and a
large fridge-freezer combination and is fully stocked with
dishes and cookware.
The bathroom has its own window, large-format tiles, a corner shower,
a wall-mounted toilet, a heated towel rail, and electric
underfloor heating. The washing machine is also in the bathroom and
is for your sole use. A private, separate access ensures
that you can come and go completely independently.
Ideal for professionals who work in the Rhine-Main area during the week
and go home on weekends.
