This beautiful and spacious flat is spread over 96m2 and 3 rooms. It is tastefully furnished and located in a two-family house. A highlight is the large terrace. The detached house from the turn of the century is located in the so-called Waldvillenviertel.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of the bedrooms has a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is also a desk which is perfect for home office. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher,... There is also a counter right by the window where you can have a quick coffee on a bar stool. Through the kitchen you enter the spacious and bright living room. This has space for a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace, which is furnished with table and chairs and has a wonderful view of the greenery.
The beautiful bathroom has both a bathtub and a large shower. A towel heater, a shelf with storage space and a large mirror above the sink are also located here. Whether it's a relaxing bath in the evening or a quick morning routine, the bathroom is your own little wellness oasis.
