Room description

Our beautiful guest apartment is ideal for both private and business stays.
It is located in an ecologically renovated half-timbered house at the rear of our property in the heart of Mainz-Bretzenheim.

The apartment is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has been fully modernised and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Bretzenheim, which offers excellent infrastructure.
The historic city centre of Mainz can be reached in just 15 minutes by tram or bicycle.

The apartment has a living space of 54 square metres and features a large terrace spanning the entire width of the house, with stairs leading down to the garden. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or unwinding in the evening with a glass of Rheinhessen wine.

Access is via our private property, where our friendly mixed-breed dog greets every guest with joy.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is suitable for two adults.
It is fully equipped with all essential amenities, including crockery and cutlery, a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge-freezer, and a brand-new washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. A weekly cleaning service is available upon request.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
