The landlord accepts and payment is made

This quality studio provides you with all you need and more in a perfect setup. It is decorated tastefully to maximize room and offer you comfort. You will find a well-equipped modern kitchenette, with a very bright living and dining area, blessed with amazing natural light, and in a double bed that will help you have a relaxing and restful time.

The apartment is situated in La Malagueta only 4 minute walk away from the stunning beach of the same name and a leisurely 15 minutes walk away from Calle Larios and Plaza de La Constitución. This central neighborhood offers a wide selection of local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, etc.

The apartment has electronic locks so you can choose between checking in remotely and contactless or alternatively, in our office where a person from the team will greet you the day of your arrival.

Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
