The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
You are not charged anything until the landlord accepts your request. After moving in you have 24 hours to report the accommodation if it doesn't match the listing

Room description

Only students and teachers allowed 🎓.

All rooms in our residence have a private bathroom and kitchenette (with fridge, microwave and sink) and are fully equipped. All rooms have their own heating and air conditioning, as well as wired internet and Wi-Fi ✨. What's more, you won't have to worry about cleaning your room, bathroom, towels or sheets, as this is included once every 15 days 🧹. The basic rate is a fixed price and includes VAT, so in addition to cleaning, it includes all utilities such as water, electricity and internet, full access to common areas and all activities carried out at the residence.

We also have a dining room service, where all menus are prepared daily by our chefs 🍽️👨‍🍳. We operate a ticket system 🎟️ where you can choose between half board or full board and organise your meals in the most flexible way. Half board: • 20 breakfast or snack tickets 🥐 • 20 lunch or dinner tickets 🍝 | Full board: • 20 breakfast or snack tickets 🥐 • 40 lunch or dinner tickets 🍝 | (Tickets must be used within the same month of purchase and cannot be accumulated.)

Our residence has common areas such as a recreation and TV room, a study room, two incredible terraces and a fully equipped gym 🏋️.
