What you'll need

Our cosy furnished 25m2 flat with balcony and lift faces the backyard and is ideal for business people who are employed in Mannheim or Ludwigshafen.

-> The minimum rental period can be negotiated flexibly.

Queensize boxspring bed, 32'inch flatscreen TV with multiple national channels, wardrobe, fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, breakfast table with 2 chairs, Bosch capsule coffee machine, fast WLAN connection (50 Mbit/s upload), HomeOffice worksheet, balcony.

A freshly made bed and towels are of course provided when you move in.

A washing machine as well as a tumble dryer are also part of the equipment and are located in the basement area and can be used in the communal laundry room for an additional fee.

The balcony is equipped with a table and garden chairs.
