This charming apartment is located in the top floor of a 3 apartment building. It has been renovated completely in 2020 including a complete refurbishing of the bathroom, kitchen, floors and walls. The bedroom is overlooking the properties garden to the southwest. It is equipped with a desk and an office chair. The living and dining room is directed northeast wich gives it wonderful afternoon sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need. Appliances are new and of high quality (Miele, Bosch and AEG). Since we live on the ground floor of the building we are available for any questions or assistance you may need.
The apartment ist located in in the district Almenhof, wich is a small and calm but still centrally located residential area. The street has almost no traffic except for residents. The connection by public transport is excellent. Two different tram-stops are within 5 minute walking distance. The central station can be reached by tram or bike (10 Minutes). A car can be parked comfortably in front of the building. There is a bike stand on the property that may be used. Daily shopping can be done in walking distance. There are numerous local shops (bakery, butcher, vegetable shop) as well as several supermarkets nearby. Restaurants and cafes are close-by. The area is perfect if you enjoy hearing singing birds when you come home, while still being minutes away from the busy city center.
