The common areas are professionally cleaned approximately every two weeks; in between, all guests are expected to keep these areas clean.

Smoking is not permitted. Violations may result in a fee of €500 plus the cost of repairing any damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept guests who'd spend several hours a day gaming and bring their own PC equipment for that purpose.
No pets allowed.
All guests are responsible for keeping their own rooms and the common areas tidy.
