The University of Mannheim is just across the street, and Paradeplatz can be reached within a one-minute walk. Supermarkets such as REWE, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are located nearby. Mannheim Central Station is only a 5–10 minute walk away, and the Schloss tram stop provides excellent public transport connections.

A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor. If required, a parking space in the underground garage can be rented subject to availability.
