What you'll need
To send the request you usually only need your details and a payment method. After acceptance, the landlord may ask for an ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of income, enrollment or a guarantor.
Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:
- ID card or passport
- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

I speak some French and I love hosting French people as it gives me a chance to practice speaking French and I help them with their English.
This does not mean that my hosting is restricted to French guests only.

Lovely room with lots of light. King Single bed (larger than a single bed). Separate walk in study with desk and wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hanging space for clothes. Bathroom is shared with other guests only, host has his own bathroom.
