What you'll need

Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

We are a family of 4 with a couple of dogs although our two kids have left the nest. We have been hosting international students and guests for about 12 years now. We love sharing our culture and our state and we love learning about your country and your culture as well. We can sometimes be a bit loud and boisterous and we have lots of family and friends that come by as well. We especially love the guests who jump in and become part of our family!
This is a nice sized room with a new Queen bed and full size dresser. The window faces east and our backyard and the house is single level. The bathroom is shared with any other homestay guests we might have.
