The landlord accepts and payment is made

Ampia e luminosa stanza in appartamento composto da 3 stanza singole.
La stanza è arredata con letto matrimoniale, armadio a 3 ante, cassettiera, scrivania, sedie, libreria, comodino, specchi ed ha una porta finestra che dà accesso diretto al balcone.
Il Canone comprende tutte le spese.
E' richiesto un contributo di €230 per le spese amministrative, la registrazione del contratto e la tassa annuale sui rifiuti.
L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano (senza ascensore). È composto da cucina abitabile, bagno finestrato, 3 ampie camere (tutte uso singola), ripostiglio e 2 ampi balconi . L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, forno e forno microonde. Pulizia, ordine e rispetto sono i must della casa.
Lo stabile è in zona tranquilla con giardino e custode la mattina. La zona è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Bocconi, è molto ben servita dal tram 24 (15 minuti a MM Crocetta, 20 min a Duomo), dal Bus 65 (20 minuti da MM Brenta) e da altri mezzi di superficie. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi supermercati.
Le altre stanze sono occupate da ragazze.
