The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The rooms contain a double wardrobe, two single beds, two workstations, TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, bed linen and towels.

Under the house there is a public bus stop n. 560 and n. 566, a little further on the tram n. 12, which in 30 minutes takes you to the Politecnico Milano Bovisa (route map in the photos), and then continues its itinerary reaching the city center.
The apartment is located near the main motorway junctions in the northern area of the city and the nearby Milano Certosa station where using the Passante Ferroviario, in 5 minutes you arrive at the next station of Milano Villapizzone near the Politecnico di Milano.

CONTRACT
Please, note that to all our listings we apply fortnightly contracts. This means that If you check-in during the first half of the month, you will be charged for the full month. If you check-in during the second half of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. The second half of the month starts on the 16th.
If you check-out during the first half of the month, you will only pay until the 15th of that month. If you check-out during the second half of the month, you will be charged the full month.
