The tenant must pay a supplement corresponding to 15% of the reservation amount, payable upon arrival. The amount of the reservation corresponds to the sum of the monthly rent, charges not included. Please note that an additional fee of 80 euros will be charged if the reservation is changed after confirmation. Extra costs: Cleaning fees: 100 euros for beds and private rooms, 150 euros for studios and 200 euros for one-bedroom apartments. Deposit: 1.5 times the rent. Fixed expenses: 70 euros/month per person for private and shared rooms, 150 euros/month for studios and 200 euros/month for apartments. Early or late arrival and departure: Arrivals and departures are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any departure or arrival outside these hours, or on weekends, will incur a supplement of 180 euros.
