Contracts cannot end on 30 April - 31 May - 30 June.
Free WIFI and weekly cleaning services of the common areas (subject to availability).
Costs are included up to 50 euros per person (water, gas, electricity).
The admin fee includes:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Cancelling the contract in advance is possible with a three-month notice period only after three months of contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you will be charged a penalty of 200 euros.
