The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Refundable Deposit :

Deposits are refundable at the end of your stay - Based on your tenure you will have to pay a deposit as below:

1) 950 Refundable deposit for stays upto 1 month
2) 2 .5 months rent refundable deposit for stays greater than 1 month

Payment Process

All the payments after the initial booking confirmation through the website, need to be paid atleast one day before check-in day directly to the IBAN that you will receive with the booking confirmation email from our administration team.
