The building is made up of 6 studios, a one-bedroom apartments, and this beautiful 3-bedroom with a small terrace. We are the owners of the entire building and we manage it ourselves, so no agency fees.
This bright apartment is composed of an fully)equipped kitchen opening onto a small terrace, a bathroom with two sinks, and three bedrooms under the eaves. Each bedroom includes a double bed of (hidden) side tables, a wardrobe, a velux window with venetian blinds , a chest of drawers and a desk with chair and lamp. The kitchen consists of a fridge-freezer, four hotplates, a microwave, an oven, and all the dishes and utensils necessary for cooking.
