The landlord accepts and payment is made

A furnished room is available in a 71.68 m2 T4 apartment located at 401 rue du Moulin de Sémalen, 34000 Montpellier, in the Antigone / Pompignane area.
The apartment is intended for a shared flat of 3 female students. Two students are already living in the apartment, and we are now looking for a third flatmate.
The room is furnished with a double bed (140 × 190 cm), desk, chair, wardrobe and storage space.
The apartment includes a large and bright living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, a terrace, a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet and a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Monthly cost:
Rent: €350
Fixed charges: €56.66
Internet contribution: €10
Total: €416.66/month
The fixed charges include water, collective heating and recoverable building charges. Electricity is not included and is shared between the flatmates.
Internet is already installed and the subscription remains in the landlord’s name.
The room is available immediately and the rental period runs until 30 June 2027. The new flatmate will join the existing lease through an amendment.
We are looking for a serious, respectful student who would like to live in a calm and friendly shared apartment. International students are very welcome. Visale guarantee is appreciated but not mandatory.
