The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room description

Dans le centre de Mauguio, location mensuelle chambre étudiant
- au 2ème étage: une chambre mansardée individuelle de 23 m2 au sol (13 m2 loi Carrez), en face d'une autre chambre étudiant,
- au 1er étage: une cuisine de 10,30 m2 plus balcon de 2 m2 à partager avec un autre étudiant (nous avons notre propre cuisine au rez de chaussée)

-Pour des étudiants sur le campus de Montpellier centre, il faudra impérativement une voiture (30 min + ) car le trajet Bus+TRAM peut être d'1h30.

Les murs extérieurs et le plafond de la chambre sont très bien isolés thermiquement et la chambre possède une connexion RJ45 au routeur SFR mais également accès à la WIFI.
Les couloirs, WC et salle de bain sont à partager avec les 2 habitants de la maison + l'autre étudiant .
Accès au jardin et table d'extérieur
La maison est à 5 min à pied de la place du village et de 10 m à 15 m à pied des 3 supermarchés.
Parking gratuit dans la rue
Train Gare de Baillargues - Gare Montpellier St Roch 8 min 3,30€ (à 5 min en voiture)
2 lignes de bus Mauguio- Montpellier; arrêt de bus "Saut du Loup" à moins de 5 min de notre maison:
- la ligne de bus num 2 en 20 min d' Odysseum (TRAM 2) (toutes les 1/2h ou 1h),
- la ligne 607 / TRAM 3 de Boirargues (20 min) .
