Die obere Wohnung eines ruhig gelegenen Zweifamilienhauses befindet sich im Mülheimer Ortsteil Heissen (Heimaterde) angrenzend an Essen mit sehr guten Verkehrsanbindungen in das gesamte Ruhrgebiet und in den Düsseldorfer-Raum, so dass diesbezügliche Ziele direkt und schnell erreicht werden können. Eine Bushaltestelle ist etwa 150 Meter entfernt.
Ein großer Supermarkt mit Bäckerei befindet sich in etwa 1,2 km Entfernung. Das Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum bietet in ca. 1,4 km Entfernung vielfältige Shopping- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit viel Grün ringsum der Häuser. In der nahen Umgebung laden Spazierwege zur Erholung ein. Die entspannte Verkehrssituation bietet gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße vor dem Haus.
