Welcome to your comfortable temporary home in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The approximately 40 m² fully furnished apartment is located on Striepens Weg in a pleasantly quiet and green residential area, combining relaxed living with an excellent location within the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region.

The apartment is fully equipped and ready for immediate occupancy. The spacious living area is modern and brightly furnished, featuring a comfortable sofa, dining area, and TV. A soundbar is also available for good sound when watching TV or listening to music.

Large windows and access to your own covered balcony provide plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the greenery. An awning offers additional protection on sunny days. Particularly practical is the separate storage room directly on the balcony, which provides additional storage space, for example, for household or leisure items.

The sleeping area is set apart from the rest of the living space and is comfortably furnished. A separate workspace with a desk and office chair makes the apartment particularly attractive for commuters, project staff, or guests who wish to work regularly from home.

The integrated kitchen has the necessary equipment for daily use – cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils are available. The dining area offers ample space for meals and can also be used for working if needed.

The modern bathroom is brightly tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and storage space. Particularly practical for a longer stay: a private washing machine is also available. For comfortable cleaning of the apartment, a robot vacuum cleaner is also included in the equipment.

In the area of the nearby Aktienstraße, you will find, among other things, a Netto supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office branch, and a Sparkasse ATM/self-service center. Depending on the starting point within Striepens Weg, these amenities are within walking distance and can be reached in a few minutes.
