Room description

Modern furnished apartment with large living-dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Living area contains also home office equipment including an electrically height-adjustable desk.
The bedroom of the apartment has a comfortable bed, a closet for your personal belongings and it provides a nice view to the green communal garden. Additionally it contains a secretary furniture, wich can also be used ashome office desk.
There is a bathroom wich was completely reformed recently.

The flat location couldn't be better. Directly in front of the building the so called "Fossilenweg" is passing, an old railway track which was developed to a footpath and cycle track. Fossilienweg provides acces to nature reserve of the Ruhraue, which is perfect for cycling, jogging or simply taking a walk along the river banks.

The impressve park facility "MüGa" is only 150m away from the flat. A perfect place to enjoy relaxing or even to go out for dinner / having a drink at "Ronja", one of the best restaurants in town. MüGa also has an entry point to the magnificent Cycle Path ("Radschnellweg") which extends to the neighbour cities Essen and Duisburg.

There is a tram and bus station very close to the flat (~150m). The the central station is 1,6 km away, so you need only 5 minutes by tram. You may also go by bike passing the MüGa and accessing the Cycle Path "Radschnellweg" ( less than 10 minutes). Or even walking is an option (about 20 minutes).

In the vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants, bakeries and stores. You can reach any part of the city quickly and reliably via public transport. The nearest international airport Düsseldorf can be reached within 30 minutes. Your gateway to the world.
