On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Arrive and feel at home: This fully furnished apartment in Munich-Sendling offers everything for an uncomplicated start in the city, spanning approx. 45 m². A separate living room, a private bedroom, and extensive amenities make it a practical home for professionals, international students, or couples.

The apartment is located on the ground floor on Leipartstraße. In the living room, a sofa with a sleeping function and a television invite you to relax. The dining table offers space for shared meals.

The bedroom is equipped with a solid wood loft bed, accessible via stairs with integrated storage. Three wardrobes provide space for clothes and personal belongings.

The kitchen is already equipped with appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels are also provided, so you can move in without your own furniture and extensive purchases.

At the nearby Heckenstallerstraße bus stop, lines 54, 134, and 153 operate. This provides diverse connections for commuting to work, university, or Munich city center.

Monthly total rent: €1,750 including utilities, heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

The broadcasting fee is to be paid separately. The deposit is €4,500.

Move-in is possible by arrangement. A long-term rental is welcome. Communication can be in German or English. If you are organizing your move from abroad, I will gladly provide you with a detailed video tour.
