The spacious apartment is furnished and fully equipped in modern style. It has a combined living and sleeping area, kitchen, hall and bathroom. In the combined living/bedroom there are: comfortable double bed 200 x 210 cm (two single beds possible on request), additional sofa bed 130 x 200 cm, coffee table, chest of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs, large closet, closet, shoe cupboard, 32" flatscreen LCD TV, a DVD player and Internet flatrate DSL/WLAN. In the modern kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a complete set of dishes and cooking utensils. The very high-quality and modern bathroom with corner bathtub and toilet is kept in brilliant white. As a free service you will also receive bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, clotheshorse, laundry basket, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. In the house there are four terraces and a garden for shared use. Three washing machines and a dryer as well as a bicycle storage room are in the house. A parking space in the underground car park can be rented additionally.
