The spacious apartment is furnished in modern style and fully equipped. It has a combined living and sleeping area, separate kitchen, hallway and bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with modern porcelain stoneware and with new soundproofing and double glazing. In the combined living/bedroom you will find: comfortable bed 140 x 200 cm, coffee table, dining table with 3 chairs, showcase cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 32" flatscreen LCD TV, a DVD player and internet flatrate DSL/WLAN. In the modern kitchen you will find: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as a complete set of dishes and cooking utensils. The very high quality and modern designed bathroom with bathtub and toilet is kept in bright white. As a free service, we also provide you with bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. A parking space in the opposite garage can be rented at any time. A washing machine and a dryer are in the house.

Munich's well-known district Maxvorstadt and the directly bordering Schwabing have an undeniable special aura. Schleißheimer Strasse surrounds itself with everything that makes Maxvorstadt and Schwabing and distinguishes Munich. So you only have to take a few steps to reach Luitpoldpark with its beer garden and the Nordbad. Then only your spirit of enterprise and physical condition will decide where you want to go: e.g. to the English Garden, which is one of the largest inner-city parks in the world. The Monopteros, which was added to the park landscape in 1836 with its hill, offers a beautiful view over the city. The Leopoldstraße with its diverse range of attractions is very attractive and Münchner Freiheit is less than three kilometres away. In the Karstadt opposite or the Rewe in the same building, the big shopping can be done comfortably without a car.
