This comfy and stylish 1-room-apartment is comfortable for 1 or 2 guests.
The kitchen has a stove and a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, Nespresso© coffee machine and toaster. Pots, pans designer crockery and cutlery by Alessi© complete the kitchen equipment.
To eat or work you will find a table in your apartment with two chairs. You have a cupboard and a shelf to organize all your stuff. To find a restful sleep transform the sofa bed in a queensize bed.
With TV Samsung HD TV 32 inches and free Wi-Fi you can enjoy a relaxing evening or work in your apartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and a hair dryer. Soft towels, toiletries and bed linen are ready for your arrival and will be changed on a weekly basis including your regular housekeeping cleaning. The costs for the final cleaning is already included.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room free of charge. If you don´t have time to do laundry by yourself your host will explain our laundry service to you.
To make your first evening comfortable we will surprise you with a complimentary italian welcome package, so you can feel like staying with friends.

The public transport can be reached after a two minutes walk. You can easily reach the city center, airport or exhibition by public.
Around the Apartmenthouse you will find multitude of shops. The Hit supermarket can be reached after 5 minutes walking.
The backery around the corner provides you with fresh bread also on the weekend.
If you don´t want to cook by yourself you will find a italian restaurant in the house. Your host will be also happy to
tell you about good restaurants in the city.
A gym is 300 m away but you also can talk to your Host about the offers of "Urban Sports".
A hospital is located 2 km away and numerous doctors are surround.
Public Transport & Distances:
The underground station Westendstraße can be reached after a 2 minutes walk. The U5 subway line is a 6 minutes drive away from Karlsplatz (Stachus). In the heart of Munich you can explore numerous shops, restaurants and bars.
The bus and tram station are also just few meters from the Brera Serviced Apartmentshouse
away.
