Room description

Fully renovated 4-person shared apartment in Munich-Fürstenried West – First occupancy. The apartment has never been lived in before: rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and all furnishings are new. You will be the first occupant.

Four furnished rooms, ready for immediate occupancy: two large (approx. 16 m²) and two small (approx. 8 m²). All prices are all-inclusive warm rents and include heating, common electricity, internet, complete furnishing, and LCD TV. Only the individual room electricity is billed via a separate meter.

Large room (approx. 16 m²): 1,079 € / month
Small room (approx. 8 m²): 738 € / month

The apartment is on the 6th floor; the balcony with a distant view is accessible to all residents.

Location: Only 3 minutes to Fürstenried West subway and bus (U3) – quickly reaching the city center. Shopping facilities and pharmacies are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. Forstenrieder Park is around the corner, and Lake Starnberg is quickly accessible. Ideal for those who want to live centrally yet quietly.

For whom: These rooms are particularly suitable for people coming to Munich for a limited period – for example, for a project assignment, a secondment, a trainee program, or an exchange semester. Non-smoking apartment, quiet and well-maintained environment.
