First occupancy after full renovation – modern furnished shared room on the 6th floor with open views

Private room
Fully renovated 4‐bed flatshare in Munich‐Fürstenried West – first occupancy. The flat has never been lived in before: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and all furnishings are brand new. You will be the very first person to move in.

Four furnished rooms, ready for immediate move‐in: two larger rooms (approx. 16 m2) and two smaller ones (approx. 8 m2). All prices are all‐inclusive warm rents covering heating, communal electricity, internet, full furniture and an LCD TV. Only the electricity consumed in your own room is billed separately via an individual meter.

Large room (approx. 16 m2): €1,079 / month
Small room (approx. 8 m2): €738 / month

The flat is located on the 6th floor; the balcony with long‐distance views is available for all residents.

Location
Just a 3‐minute walk to the Fürstenried West U‐Bahn and bus station (U3), offering direct and quick access to the city centre. Shops, supermarkets and pharmacies are all within easy walking distance. Forstenrieder Park is around the corner, and Lake Starnberg can be reached quickly. Ideal for anyone who wants to live somewhere both central and peaceful.

Who it’s suitable for
These rooms are particularly suitable for people coming to Munich for a fixed period – for example for a project assignment, a company secondment, a trainee programme or an exchange semester. Non‐smoking flat, quiet and well‐kept environment.
