The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The apartment also has two newly furnished bathrooms, each with a washbasin and LED mirror, a towel radiator, a shower, and a toilet.

Of course, you also have unlimited access to the super-fast WiFi with 100 Mbit/s.

For your own safety and comfort, a lock system has been installed within the apartment, including the mailbox.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is perfectly prepared for you to move in and feel at home immediately.

The rent already includes all costs for using your room and all common areas (no hidden costs!).

Common areas of the apartment complex include a pool and sauna as well as a garden with seating possibilities and a stone barbecue. There is a room for your bike and a common laundry room for your convenience.

The minimum rental period of the room is 6 months.

The S-Bahn stop "Solln" is only 6 minutes away by foot. The S-Bahn will take you in just 10 minutes to the S-Bahn main line and after additional 5 minutes you will reach Munich Central Station.
