Bright, cozy room in a newly renovated 5-person flatshare on Landsberger Straße, in a prime location in Schwanthalerhöhe. Westend, Theresienwiese and the S-Bahn are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the city centre is close by.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator and gets sun from both sides. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new. Shared areas: kitchen, bathroom, and hallway with wardrobe and storage room. The apartment also comes with a basement storage unit, ideal for suitcases, bikes or sports gear.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe, nicely and comfortably decorated.
Balcony room: The room has its own balcony, perfect for morning coffee in the sun.
Window room: The large window lets in plenty of daylight. Three of the five rooms in the flat also have a balcony.

Location

The apartment is located in Schwanthalerhöhe, right in the heart of Munich, with excellent public transport connections. Donnersbergerbrücke S-Bahn station is about a 6-minute walk away. On the main line you can reach Munich Central Station, Marienplatz and Ostbahnhof within minutes. Tram 19 stops directly on Landsberger Straße, and the Schwanthalerhöhe subway station (U4/U5) is also within easy walking distance.

The popular Westend district with its cafés, bars and restaurants is just around the corner, and Theresienwiese is only a few minutes’ walk away. Supermarkets and everything you need for daily life are close by.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for reliable, tidy flatmates, e.g. students, trainees or young professionals. We require proof of income or a guarantor, a SCHUFA credit report and a minimum rental period of [6/12] months. The apartment is non-smoking. Address registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
