The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The minimum rental period of the room is 6 months.

The apartment is also convincing due to its perfect connection to public transportation.

The S-Bahn stop "Laim" is only 5 minutes away by foot. You are already on the S-Bahn main line, so you have access to almost all S-Bahn-lines. You will reach Munich Central Station in just 7 minutes. Or you can take the U-Bahn line U5 at „Laimer Platz“, which is only 8 minutes away by foot.

Just 3 minutes from the apartment you will also find the tram station "Fürstenrieder Straße“ which offers you the transportation with the tram lines 19 and 29 and also the night line N19.

You can also find all the daily necessities such as Edeka or dm, a bakery, hair salon, doctor's office, and various restaurants in your immediate vicinity, all within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot.
